Role Overview :

We seek a results-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to support our B2B marketing efforts. You will manage LinkedIn as the primary channel while supporting multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and sales-qualified leads. This is a hands-on role requiring strong writing, design, and content execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a rolling 4-week content calendar aligned with product launches and campaigns.
  • Create LinkedIn content: short posts, thought-leadership articles, carousels, and sponsored post copy.
  • Design social assets (carousels, banners, images) using Canva/Figma.
  • Edit or create short-form videos (30–90 sec) for LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Schedule and publish posts via a social scheduler; ensure optimal timing and frequency.
  • Grow and engage the LinkedIn community: respond to comments, conduct targeted commenting, and build CXO visibility.
  • Repurpose content (case studies, blogs, whitepapers) into social formats.
  • Track weekly performance metrics (followers, impressions, engagement, leads).
  • Support paid campaigns, A/B tests, and collaborate with Sales to route MQLs.
  • Monitor competitor and industry conversations; propose timely content ideas.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent written English (concise, formal B2B copy).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B content and engagement.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe Express).
  • Comfort with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Proactive, punctual, detail-oriented, independent worker.
Preferred:
  • Prior internship/project in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise marketing.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in RPA, Gen AI, or finance automation.
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics.
Tools You Will Use:

LinkedIn, Smartlead.ai, Canva/Figma, Buffer/Hootsuite/SocialPilot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, CapCut/Premiere Rush, Google Workspace.

Deliverables & KPIs:
  • Weekly: 3–5 LinkedIn posts; content calendar delivered by Monday 11 AM IST.
  • Monthly: 2 carousels and 1–4 short videos (depending on campaign needs)
  • Metrics: growth in followers, reach, engagement, website traffic, and MQLs via social.
  • Weekly performance report with recommendations.
