About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our client to build and scale a next-generation healthcare data platform. This role involves developing high-quality systems, contributing to architecture, and improving performance and reliability.

Must Have – Technical Competencies

• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism/ AutomationEdge or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Java/ Selenium/ Playwright/ Test Automation or software development.
• Experience working with REST APIs, Web Services, Integrations, and Databases.
• Strong understanding of automation development best practices, debugging, and deployment.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and source code management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design automation solutions.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support automation workflows independently.
• Build scalable and maintainable automation solutions following best practices.
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality guidelines, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and developers.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc.).
• 3–5 years of experience in RPA, Automation, Software Development, or Test Automation.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to work independently on automation projects.

Good to Have

• Certifications in UiPath/ Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism/ Any other RPA tool
• Experience with OCR, Document Processing, Workflow Automation, and Process Optimization.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, or Cognitive Automation solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
