Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions.
- Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.
- Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- To be able to train junior resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in RPA development
- Proven expertise in RPA development and configuration
- Strong understanding of business process automation principles
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Certifications preferred for RPA Developer.
Additional Skills:
- Programming skills in Java, Selenium or any other programming language
- Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
