.NET Developer and Mentor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer and Mentor to join our team in Pune. This role involves both hands-on development of robust .NET applications and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the .NET framework and related technologies, along with a passion for guiding and nurturing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development Tasks:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET applications using technologies like NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Leverage cloud services (Azure, AWS) for deployment and scaling when necessary.
• Mentorship Tasks:
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and conducting code reviews.
  • Share best practices for software development, Agile methodologies, and .NET technologies.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), and .NET tools.
  • Help team members solve technical challenges and improve problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Proficiency in NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Prior experience mentoring or training developers is highly desirable.
