About the Role:
ValueDX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and technically strong IT Manager to lead our IT operations and contribute directly to the design and development of enterprise-grade IT management products. This is not a conventional IT Manager role — it goes beyond infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, mentoring teams, and building robust IT systems aligned with organizational goals. You’ll collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to shape our internal IT architecture and product ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure, applications, and operations for the organization.
- Contribute as a technical leader to the development of IT management and automation products.
- Define IT strategies covering network security, cloud infrastructure, data governance, and system scalability.
- Mentor and guide internal teams on application management, deployment, and IT best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design efficient, secure, and scalable IT solutions.
- Oversee system performance, troubleshooting, and optimization across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Implement and monitor disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT processes, automation, and technology adoption.
Required Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on understanding of networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and virtualization.
- Experience with application deployment, server management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring, ITSM tools, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with security protocols, identity management, and access control.
- Proven experience in managing hybrid IT environments (cloud + on-premises).
