ValueDX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Trainer with strong hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT systems or delivering professional IT training. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT operations, networking, system administration, and security. You’ll be responsible for delivering structured, practical, and industry-aligned training programs that prepare learners to manage and secure modern IT infrastructure environments.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth training sessions on IT Infrastructure Management, Networking, System Administration, and IT Security.
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, projects, and case studies based on real-world enterprise scenarios.
- Mentor learners on best practices for managing IT assets, servers, networks, and security systems.
- Provide guidance on disaster recovery, cloud infrastructure, and system performance optimization.
- Conduct learner assessments and provide personalized feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies in IT infrastructure and systems management.
Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, System Administrator, or IT Infrastructure Specialist.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Familiarity with backup, recovery, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, data center management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring IT teams is a strong plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
