Shift Timing:
USA Shift (typically 6 PM to 3 AM IST / 8 AM to 5 PM EST)
Working Hours: 9 PM to 6 AM IST
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales in the US region
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
- Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reports
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B or outbound sales (USA market experience preferred)
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
