About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in Performance Marketing and SEO to help drive high-quality traffic, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and strengthen our online visibility. The ideal candidate is analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in executing measurable marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Track and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates through data-driven insights.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Collaborate on ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing.
- Generate weekly performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits.
- Develop and implement off-page strategies, including backlink building and outreach.
- Monitor rankings and traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Suggest technical SEO improvements to enhance website performance and search visibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize ad budgets for ROI.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency preferred).
- Experience working independently with multiple clients or freelance setups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO specializations.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing (added advantage).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
