About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in Performance Marketing and SEO to help drive high-quality traffic, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and strengthen our online visibility. The ideal candidate is analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in executing measurable marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates through data-driven insights.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
  • Collaborate on ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing.
  • Generate weekly performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits.
  • Develop and implement off-page strategies, including backlink building and outreach.
  • Monitor rankings and traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Suggest technical SEO improvements to enhance website performance and search visibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize ad budgets for ROI.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency preferred).
  • Experience working independently with multiple clients or freelance setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google AdsMeta Blueprint, or SEO specializations.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing (added advantage).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
