About the Role:

ValueDX is looking for a self-driven Business Development professional with deep expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This is an individual contributor role, responsible for the complete end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently generate and qualify leads in the US Healthcare (RCM) domain.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, billing companies, and partners.

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored RCM solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while representing the company professionally.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of proven BD / Sales experience in US Healthcare RCM.

    • Strong understanding of RCM processes: medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management.

    • Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor handling end-to-end sales.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    • Willing to work in US shifts from Baner, Pune (Work from Office).
