About the Role:
ValueDX is looking for a self-driven Business Development professional with deep expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This is an individual contributor role, responsible for the complete end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently generate and qualify leads in the US Healthcare (RCM) domain.

Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, billing companies, and partners.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored RCM solutions.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while representing the company professionally.
Requirements:

5+ years of proven BD / Sales experience in US Healthcare RCM.

Strong understanding of RCM processes: medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management.

Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor handling end-to-end sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Willing to work in US shifts from Baner, Pune (Work from Office).
